Some memories begin with a place. We turn what a place leaves behind into scent.
SAÏDA / 971 began in Saïda, an old port city on the coast of Lebanon — lemon trees running down to the harbour, salt drying on old stone — and was built in Dubai, a long way from home.
971 is the Emirates’ dialling code. The slash between the two names is the distance between them, and each perfume carries something across it: a harbour, a cedar forest, a desert, a name said at home.
