Delivery

Delivery is complimentary across the United Arab Emirates. Orders are dispatched from Dubai within 2–4 days, and you will receive an email when yours is on its way.

We also send further afield on request. Write to us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you, how long it will take and what it costs. [Countries, carriers and international prices: to be confirmed.]

If something arrives damaged

Every bottle is packed in its box with care. If anything arrives damaged or isn’t right, write to us within [number of days: to be confirmed] of delivery with your order details and a photograph, and we will put it right.

Returns

Because perfume is a personal product, we can only accept returns of bottles that are unopened, with their seal and box intact, within [number of days: to be confirmed] of delivery. [Who pays for return delivery, and how refunds are made: to be confirmed.]
